About Us

In 2026, we at Modern Heating Brantford Limited are celebrating our 70TH ANNIVERSARY in business! Modern Heating is a family owned business and we take pride in the fact that we are the ONLY local heating and air conditioning company who has been keeping Brant County area residents “comfortable” SINCE 1956. We are a qualified Lennox Premier Dealer but we service ALL makes of furnaces, air conditioners and boilers. Looking for a regular or tankless water heater? We sell AND rent hot water heaters and water softeners.

In 1993 Modern Heating built and now occupies a fully equipped location at 214 Hachborn Rd. in Brantford. A larger warehouse now stocks a wider selection of parts. Most of our business comes from satisfied customers and referrals. Our service work and installations are fully guaranteed. We pride ourselves in being able to offer quality products, professional installations and competitive pricing.
